Translation

I am the action of sacrifice. I am the ritual of sacrifice. I am the
offering to departed elders. I am the healing herb. I am the hymn. I am ghee
offered in sacrifice. I am the ritual fire. I am the offering.

I am the father, mother, supporter, worshipful grandfather of this
universe. I am the subject of all knowledge and everything that is holy. I
am postulated by the primordial holy syllable ‘Om’ and the infinite
Vedas - Rik, Sama and Yajur .

I am the destination (for those seeking liberation). I provide for
everyone. I am the owner of everything. I am the witness for everything. I
am the refuge for everyone. I am the protector for everyone. I am the true
friend for everyone. Creation is from Me. Dissolution is from Me. I am the
cause for the existence of everyone and everything. I am the imperishable,
primordial seed.

O Arjuna! Residing in the Sun, I am the cause of heat and light. I
cause clouds to rain, and I also cause the rain to cease. I prevent someone
from dying (by supporting the sense organs and the body) and I am also the
cause of death. I am the cause and effect of all activities.

Unfiltered First Take

Though success is a collective effort, if the entrepreneur misses the right notes, the whole system goes out of synchronization. He is truly the one who runs everything. He may not be the doer, but he is the enabler. He operates in the minds of everyone associated with the business. He is the one who builds the culture of the business, the processes, and the connections, and who brings in the right people and resources to run it. Everything is built around his vision and goals.

Therefore, in every achievement and failure, one can see the presence of the entrepreneur, even though he is not solely responsible for them. He is the one who creates, maintains, manages, and even lets go of resources, giving the business the right momentum to jump to the next level.

UdyamGita Interpretation

Krishna now removes all remaining boundaries. He declares that He is not merely a distant controller but the very substance of every process. The ritual, the offering, the fire, the mantra, the goal, the path, the witness, the shelter—all originate and function through Him.

Creation, sustenance, and dissolution are not separate events; they are expressions of a single underlying intelligence. Krishna is both process and purpose, means and end, spirit and matter.

This is not poetic exaggeration—it is a statement of central coherence.

Business Insight

In an organization, success appears collective—and it truly is.

Yet if the entrepreneur misses the right note, the entire system goes out of sync.

The entrepreneur may not be the daily doer, but he is the enabler.

His thinking flows silently through:

  • Culture
  • Processes
  • Hiring decisions
  • Resource allocation
  • External partnerships

The business runs not just on systems, but on the founder’s operating philosophy. People may execute tasks, but the entrepreneur’s vision gives those tasks meaning and direction.

Leadership Lesson

The entrepreneur is present everywhere—not physically, but psychologically.

He is:

  • The seed that starts the organization
  • The support that sustains it
  • The reset force that restructures or dissolves what no longer serves growth

Every achievement and every failure carries his imprint—not because he does everything, but because everything is built around his intent.

The mature leader accepts this responsibility without ego. He neither hoards credit nor escapes accountability. He understands that leadership is about orchestration, not control.

Key Takeaways

  • Organizations operate on a central intelligence, even when execution is distributed.
  • The entrepreneur is the invisible core, shaping outcomes without direct action.
  • Culture and systems are extensions of the founder’s inner world.
  • Creation, maintenance, and destruction are leadership duties, not crises.
  • True leadership enables others to act while silently holding the whole together.
